We do not return the food items or refund the amount once the product has been purchased.

An order placed can be canceled within one hour of placement only. To cancel your order, please email us at customersupport@vishvastea.com with your order ID, and reason for cancellation or you can reach us on WhatsApp.

The products are generally dispatched within 24-48 hours of the order being received. All the shipping charges are displayed while placing the orders.

The Service has a delivery ETA of 3-8 days from the date of dispatch.
